KONFORT 770S implements special technological solutions to comply with the requirements of German vehicle manufacturers regarding safety and reliability in accordance with European legislation for the new refrigerant.

The KONFORT 770S air conditioning filling station was included in the prestigious ADI Design Index for 2012 as an example of excellent Italian design. The index is published annually by ADI, the Italian Association for Industrial Design.

PERFECT PRECISION

The indoor units are designed for simpler and faster service procedures, such as oil changes or filters. The air conditioning gas tank is mounted on robust electronic scales with a locking system that prevents changes in calibration during transport or when moving in the workshop.

KONFORT 770S is equipped with an automatic leakage control system linked with impeccable precision to EN837 Class 1 certified gauges. Air conditioning gas measurement guarantees that errors will not exceed +/- 15g.

COMPLETE SAFETY

As far as safety is concerned, when the service station is opened for inspection; a micro-switch system automatically interlocks the electrical components. The control panel has an emergency stop button that stops all ongoing operations and switches the machine off. The entire top console can be rotated for viewing without having to move the entire service station. The components used, such as the innovative recovery group, have outstanding characteristics and guarantee an air conditioning gas recovery of over 95%.

SPECIAL SERIES SOLUTIONS

TEXA's refrigerant identification system is based on NDIR (Dispersive Infrared) technology and has been developed based on a decade of experience in the production of exhaust gas analysis systems that are considered the best the market has to offer in terms of accuracy.

TEXA is the only European company worldwide to develop and manufacture a refrigerant identification kit specifically for air conditioning charging stations.

Special care has been taken to ensure that the test results are not influenced by the surrounding environment, e.g. often found in the garage environment by airborne hydrocarbon vapours and exhaust gases.

The development of the system took one year. Particular attention was paid to the algorithms that recognise the refrigerant types R134a and R1234yf. The TEXA system not only identifies these two refrigerants but also ensures their purity.

SPECIAL SERIES SOLUTIONS

Since standard skewers are not sealed in airtight city, they contain some air inside. Water molecules in the air adhere to the oil and spoil its purity. As a solution to this, TEXA has produced special sealed containers to prevent pollution caused by air and moisture. These containers can be reused thanks to a special system that draws air out of them and cleans them.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM CLEANING

To guarantee safety and efficiency, oil and refrigerant gas types must not mix and contaminate each other. TEXA has developed a special system that automatically cleans all internal lines of the 780R system, so that mixing of gases and oils is impossible.

AUTOMATIC VESSEL IDENTIFICATION

With the introduction of new vehicles (especially electric and hybrid vehicles), new oils have started to be used. It is very important to use the correct oil type (PAG or POE) when filling the air conditioner. Incorrectly injected oil always has the potential to damage the air conditioning system, so the operator should avoid such mistakes. TEXA, thanks to its automatic container identification system, compares the data of the installed oil container and the oil in the selected vehicle and warns the operator if the wrong oil is used.

TILT SENSOR TO MEASURE FALSE READINGS

Measurements made on uneven floors in air conditioning gas measurement may be incorrect measurements. Thanks to TEXA's patented tilt sensor system, it measures the horizontal angle and prevents incorrect measurement by warning the operator on uneven floors.

FAN PROTECTION SYSTEM

The new refrigerant R1234yf is classified as "highly flammable" and this must be known to the operator. KONFORT 700 series air conditioning charging stations have a highly efficient fan system to eliminate possible accumulation of air conditioning gas inside the unit.

AUTOMATIC LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM

KONFORT 700 series units automatically perform a double leak detection check. All safety-related operations are performed automatically to eliminate errors.

The complexity of modern vehicles also extends to air conditioning systems. For this reason, garages need an automatic diagnostic system integrated in their charging stations to solve various problems related to air conditioning systems and ensure maximum customer satisfaction during operation.

Thanks to TEXA's twenty years of experience, KONFORT charging stations can now run automatic diagnostics on vehicle air conditioning systems, find faults, read parameters and change settings. This remarkable achievement is the result of the Bluetooth connection between the NanoService diagnostic device and the KONFORT air conditioning charging device.

This integrated solution* uses the display of the KONFORT charging station to switch from conventional charging to a complete, simple and fast automatic diagnosis of the air conditioning system. In this way, your garage can offer its customers a truly exceptional service.

OPERATING SYSTEM

The TEXA operating software complies with the most precise accuracy and precision requirements.

Any possible error or message is displayed with detailed error messages. The TEXA software manages the filling and emptying operations itself to guarantee accuracy.

All models are equipped with a removable SD card that allows communication with a Windows PC to update the vehicle make and model database, check and confirm all services and potential software updates.
