Last generation laser technology   The new rangefinders are TEXA's latest solutions with a high level of professionalism and accuracy for use in garages around the world.   The images show the sliding reflector sheet and the central laser for front radar calibration.

This kit comes with 4 CCD detectors with infrared sensor and they are attached to the main body of the RCCS2 and to the vehicle together with the 4-point wheel clamp. Thanks to the light weight of the CCD detectors and the fact that there are no cables, neither front nor rear, you can measure the position of the corners of the vehicle with high accuracy in an incredibly practical way.

 

Excellent accuracy is also ensured by foot and position angle control. This is a software consisting of 2 tests; the first test checks that the position and angle of the RCSS2 is correct with respect to the ground and the vehicle's driving axis angle, the 2nd test checks the accuracy of the position of the wheels. These checks should be completed in preparation for the next stage of radar and camera calibration.

 

CCS, multi-brand supported camera calibration system

The CCS can also be used with a mat divided into degrees and 2 supports (optional) to bring the tire level and angle to the laser level.

IR Calibration Target

Reflector for blind spot camera calibration

This device is used to calibrate ultrasonic radars found in brands such as HYUNDAI, HONDA, KIA, LEXUS, MAZDA, MITSUBISHI, SUBARU, TOYOTA. It consists of a cone with a metal reflector, a laser and a protractor for the correct positioning of the cone. Developed by TEXA, the cone can be used to calibrate front, rear and side radars.

ACS (Environmental Calibration System)

It is a system used to calibrate 360-degree camera and Doppler devices for brands in the VAG group (AUDI, SEAT, SKODA, VOLKSWAGEN AND LAMBORGHINI). The ACS system consists of an aluminum body holding 2 horizontal panels and 2 vertical supports for 2 magnetic plates. Thanks to the laser holder on the body, you can easily adjust the distance and angle between the vehicle and the body. Texa's solution for ACS systems has wheels for fast and easy movement. In this way, 1 operator can handle all operations alone.

ADAS Truck Kit

Some truck and commercial vehicle manufacturers require specialized equipment to accurately calibrate driving assistance systems (systems such as cameras, radar and sensors that control adaptive speed control).
